OSCE SMM confirms: Evidences of the Russian military presence on the
temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of
Ukraine as well as violations of the Minsk Agreements by Russian
occupational forces:
*
brand new Russian weapons
*
surface-to-air air defense missile systems
*
establishing the military camps
*
location of weapons across withdrawal line and within the urban
areas
*
establishing the land mine fields
*
engineering works, trench extensions
*
Russian military aviation presence
*
using prohibited anti-personnel mines
*
illegall crossing Ukrainian border by Russian military convoys
*
illegal delivering weapons.
Evidences of the brand new Russian weapons presence in Ukraine
confirmed by OSCE.
During 2020-2021 OSCE SMM UAVs spotted newly developed Russian weapons
in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions
of Ukraine, named by OSCE as non-government such as:
electronic warfare system RB-636 Svet-KU (used by Russian army since
2012, based on Kamaz chassis);
electronic warfare system RB-341V Leer-3 (used by Russian army since
2015, based on Kamaz 5350 chassis);
modernized electronic warfare system R-934B Sinitsa (used by Russian
army since 2013, based on Kamaz chassis);
electronic warfare system R-330 Zh Zhitel (used by Russian army since
2016, based on Kamaz and Ural chassis);
electronic warfare system 51U6 Kasta-2E1;


On 15 February OSCE SMM UAV spotted newly developed Russian electronic
warfare system 51U6 Kasta-2E1 for the first time since 2014.


On 8 December 2020 OSCE SMM UAV for the first time spotted 2В26 Grad
122 mm MLRS on Kamaz 5350 chassis in the temporarily occupied
territories of Ukraine.
The system accepted to use exclusively by Russian army since 2012 and
never supplied abroad.

On 8 November 2020 OSCE SMM UAV for the first time spotted Ground
control station for unmanned aerial vehicles Navodchik-2 less than 12
km from the contact line in the temporarily occupied territories of
Luhansk region of Ukraine. This UAV station on Kamaz-4350 chassis is
used by Russian Army since 2014.

Presence of the Russian surface-to-air air defense missile systems.
On 7 August 2020 OSCE SMM UAV spotted surface-to-air air defense
missile system 9K33 Osa illegally delivered by Russia to the
temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. This cause the major threat
to flights within the area.

On 17 December 2020 OSCE SMM UAV spotted surface-to-air air defense
missile system 9K31 Strela-1 illegally delivered by Russia to the
temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
This cause the major threat to flights within the area.

Evidences of the Minsk Agreement violations by Russian occupational
forces in Ukraine confirmed by OSCE.
These include location of weapons across withdrawal line, building of
the military camps on the territory of Ukraine to train Russian
occupational forces, engineering works made by Russian occupational
forces directly at the line of contact, establishing the land mine
fields directly at the line of contact etc.



















On 3 February 2020 OSCE SMM UAV spotted 3 towed howitzers 2A18M D-30A
within the urban area of Donetsk city, temporarily occupied territory
of Ukraine.

Evidences of engineering works, trench extensions made by Russian
occupational forces directly at the line of contact.





Evidences of Russian military aviation presence in the temporarily
occupied territory of Ukraine, which is prohibited by Minsk
Agreements.

Evidences of establishing the land mine fields by the illegal armed
formations controlled by Russia directly at the line of contact
(temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine).









Evidences of using prohibited anti-personnel mines by Russian forces
in Ukraine.

Evidences of Russian military convoys illegally entering Ukraine where
no crossing border facilities observed confirmed by OSCE.
These display the ways how Russia supply weapons to Ukraine.
