This form is to be submitted (with supporting documents) to the
International Education Unit (IEU) by the end of Week 7 in Terms 1, 2
or 3 and by the end of Week 5 in Term 4 for students travelling during
end of term breaks. If travel is not approved then the IPS
Co-ordinator, accommodation host and student will be notified by the
end of Week 9 in Terms 1, 2 or 3 and by the end of Week 7 in Term 4.
Written parental approval is required for all travel by under 18 years
(U/18) students and this will be verified by the IEU staff. Students
18 years or over in homestay, need to inform homestay of their travel
arrangements and complete Section A only (confirming homestay know).
All international students U/18 must return to their home country at
end of school year or be supervised by parents if remaining in
Australia.
