الرجل: اكبر جامعة في الأردن هي الجامعة الأردنية في عمان، عدد الطلبة في
هذه الجامعة يصل إلى حوالي اربعة وثلاثين الف طالب حاليا، وممكن يوصل الى
خمسه وثلاثين الف طالب في بعض الحالات في بعض السنوات. الجامعة الأكبر
الثانيه هي جامعة اليرموك، فيها حوالي أربعة وعشرين ألف طالب. وفي جامعات
أخرى تتدرج فيها، أعدادها أقل فأقل. جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا إلِّي أنا
بعمل فيها، فيها عدد من الطلبة وصل الى خمسطاش إلى ستطاش ألف طالب، مع
الإنتباه طبعا لجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا، لا يوجد فيها أي تخصصات أدبيه
إلى تخصص اللغة الإنجليزية للأغراض الخاصة، وباقي التخصصات هي تخصصات
كلية الطب بفروعها المختلفة، وتخصصات كلية الهندسة بفروعها المختلفة، طب
الأسنان بفروعوا المختلفة، والصيدلة بفروعها المختلفة، والتقنيات الطبية
بفروعها المختلفة، والعلوم بفروعوا المختلفة، إلى آخره... فهيا هاي..والزراعة
طبعا، والطب البيطري..الى آخره. هذي المجمل العام. في الجامعة العلوم
والتكنولوجيا، الطلبة الموجودين فيها، ينتموا الى حوالي أربعين جنسيه..أربعين
جنسيه..فنسبة كبيرة من الطلبة الموجودين في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا من
الطلبة الاجانب، ليس من الطلبة الاردنيين. طبعا القادميين بكونوا من
المنطقة العربيه، في منهم بيجوا من الولايات المتحده، في منهم بيجي من
أوروبا بشكل عام، لكن أغلب جزء بيجي من منطقة الخليج العربي، منطقة سوريا
ولبنان، منطقة فلسطين، ومنطقة السعودية، وجزء لا بأس فيه بيجي من منطقة
العراق. هذا بشكل عام. في نسبيا عدد كبير من الطلبة إلِّي حاليا صاروا
يدفقوا من..آآيه.ماليزيا إلى الأردن للدراسة والتعلم، وأصبحت الأن في هاي
المرحلة الأردن جذابه جدا للتعلم، لأنو النظام تاعها نظام عالمي في
التعليم و..الل..وسيلة التعليم في اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل كامل. في بعض
الجامعات تدرس باللغة العربية، لكن أغلب أعظم الجامعات تدرس باللغة
الإنجليزية..من جميع النواحي..
English translation:
Man: The biggest university in Jordan is Jordanian University in
Amman. The number of students currently enrolled in this university is
about 34,000 students. It can reach 35,000 in some cases or some
years. The second biggest university is Al-Yarmouk University. It has
about 24,000 students. And there are other universities with fewer
students. The University of Science and Technology, where I work, has
a number of students -- between 15,000 to 16,000 students -- with the
fact that the University of Science and Technology has no literature
fields, except for English for special purposes. The rest of the
fields include Medical College with its different branches, and majors
of the College of Engineering with its different branches, Dentistry
and its different branches, and … ah … pharmacology, and medical
technology with its different branches, and sciences and its different
branches, etc. also agriculture, of course, and Veterinary Medicine,
etc. This is a general summary.
For the University of Science and Technology, current students belong
to about 40 nationalities, 40 nationalities; so a big percentage of
the students at the University of Science and Technology are foreign
students, not Jordanian students. Of course the students come from the
Arab region; some of them are from the United States, some of them
come from Europe in general. But the majority comes from the Arab Gulf
region, the region of Syria and Lebanon, the region of Palestine, and
the region of Saudi Arabia, and not an insignificant number from Iraq
-- this is in general. Relatively, a big number of students started to
come recently from Malaysia to Jordan to study and learn, and Jordan
has become now very important for learning, because its system is an
international one when it comes to education, and it adopts English
completely. There are some universities that teach in Arabic but the
overwhelming majority of universities teach in English, in all areas.
