You asked for the following information from the Ministry of Justice
(MoJ):
“Please tell me of all monies paid under the Defendant’s costs order
made in case number T20120315 [Andrzej WOLCICKI] in the Cardiff Crown
Court on 8th February 2013. When responding, if possible please
explain how much was paid as litigator's (i.e. solicitor's) fees and
how much was paid as advocate's (i.e. barrister/solicitor advocate's)
fees.
Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 (FOIA).
I can confirm that the department holds the information that you have
asked for, and I am pleased to provide this to you.
Only one claim under a defence costs order for case number T20120315
at Cardiff Crown Court has been received by the National Taxing Team,
HM Courts & Tribunals Service. No payment was made as further
information was requested from the solicitors and this was not
received. As a result, the claim and supporting documents were
returned to the solicitors by the determining officer on 30 June 2014.
