CONDICIONES DEL CURSO
Para la formalización de la matrícula del curso es necesario el pago
de un depósito no reembolsable de 60€. Las inscripciones no se harán
efectivas hasta la comprobación de tal pago.
El pago del curso completo deberá ser efectuado antes del 1 de Julio
de 2011
El ingreso del depósito y del pago del curso se realizará en el número
de cuenta: 2018 0081 93 3000012830 con el nombre completo del
participante en el concepto del ingreso o transferencia.
El pago del curso incluye el alojamiento, el curso, los gastos de
gestión y los talleres. Pueden surgir actividades voluntarias
adicionales que correrán por cuenta de los participantes del curso.
En caso de cancelación por parte del participante después del 1 de
Julio se perderá el 80% del importe del curso.
El alojamiento será en habitaciones compartidas.
Las clases son colectivas y las melodías se aprenderán de oído.
Los participantes del grupo se respetarán en todo momento.
La organización de Crisol de Cuerda no se responsabiliza de los daños
físicos que puedan sufrir los participantes dentro o fuera de las
instalaciones donde se lleve a cabo el curso aunque en todo momento
intentará ayudar a los participantes del curso a este respecto.
La organización de Crisol de Cuerda Tradicional no se responsabiliza
de las pérdidas robos o daños que pudieran sufrir las propiedades
personales de los participantes del curso, incluidos los instrumentos.
Los niños menores de 14 años deberán ir acompañados del padre/madre o
tutor legal. En tal caso el padre/madre o tutor debe pagar su
alojamiento. En caso de no haber espacio suficiente en el albergue se
firmará una autorización. La Organización proveerá a monitores
específicos para el cuidado de los menores.
Los niños mayores de 14 y menores de 18 deberán mandar una
autorización escrita de asistencia firmada por el padre/madre o tutor
legal que facilitará la organización.
La organización de Crisol de Cuerda no provee el transporte al curso
aunque sí información de cómo llegar.
El curso comienza el mismo día 31 de Julio. Habrá una sesión
informativa por la mañana con lo cual es necesaria la presencia de los
participantes el día 31 antes de las 17.00. Así mismo, los
participantes deberán dejar el albergue el día 7 de Agosto por la
mañana antes de las 12.
Con la formalización de la matrícula el participante acepta
automáticamente las condiciones del curso Crisol de Cuerda Tradicional
expuestas arriba.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The payment of a €60 non-refundable deposit is compulsory to have the
registration made, Registrations will not be made until verification
of that payment.
The payment of the whole course shall be made by July 1st 2011.

(with the complete name of the participant in the concept of the bank

The price of the course includes accommodation, full pension,
registration, lessons, workshops and management expenses. It is
possible that other activities are made; in that case, any expense
that should arise from those activities would be paid by the
participants.
In case of cancellation by the participant after July 1st 2011, the
participant will loose the 80% of the price of the course.
Accommodation will be in shared rooms.
Lessons are collective and tunes are learnt by ear.
Participants must respect each other.
Crisol de Cuerda organization accepts no liability of the hurts
participants may suffer inside or outside of the facilities where the
course is held although it will always try to help them in this
regard.
Crisol de Cuerda organization accepts no liability of the lost or
damaged personal properties of the participants, including
instruments.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by their parents or their
guardian. May the hostel be full occupied, the minor would come to the
course with a signed authorization of the parents. There will be
people from the Organization who’ll take care of him or her.
Children over 14 and under 18 shall send a written authorization
signed by the parents or guardian. Crisol de Cuerda organization will
provide you the authorization paper.
Crisol de Cuerda organization does not organize any transport but
provides information about how to arrive and will help all
participants to get there. The course starts on the 31st of July.
There will be an informative session at midday so it is necessary that
participants come before 5 pm. Participants shall leave the hostel on
the 7th of August, before 12 am.
By sending the registration form, the participant automatically
accepts these Crisol de Cuerda conditions.

expuesto arriba (el nombre de la matrícula debe coincidir con el
concepto de la transferencia o ingreso).

Rellena el formulario que encontrarás a continuación a mano o con el
ordenador y envíanoslo por e-mail (preferiblemente) o correo postal
certificado junto con el justificante de ingreso o transferencia.

Nota 1: no se hace prueba de nivel así que es importante para nosotros
que contestes a estas preguntas.
Nota 2: el emplazamiento en uno u otro nivel (violín) depende de la
capacidad de coger las melodías de oído. En cualquier caso es
orientativo y los alumnos pueden cambiar al nivel en que se encuentren
más cómodos.
Nota 3: es imprescindible el pago del depósito y el envío del recibo
de la transferencia o el ingreso para que se haga efectiva la
matrícula. Por favor, ten en cuenta que tu nombre en el registro debe
coincidir con el de la transferencia.
Nota 4: los datos de la inscripción pasarán a formar parte de una base
de datos que será usada para informar sobre el curso y sus
actividades.
