10th July 2011 from 12.00 pm till 4.00 pm.
Sign in for Main Draw players will be held at SLTA Tennis Centre on
12th July 2011 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Sign in for Doubles will be held at the SLTA Tennis Centre 12th August
2009 from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm.
Draw : Boys main draw singles – 32 Girl main draw singles – 32
Boys main draw doubles – 16 Girl main draw doubles – 16
There will be strictly no Doubles qualifying competition
The draw will be held at Conference room, SLTA Tennis Centre during
the managers meeting one day before matches commence.
Entry fee : RM150.00 (equivalent USD40.00) which includes both singles
and doubles events. Entry fee must be paid at sign in and we only
accept Malaysian Ringgit currency.
Hospitality : Hospitality (strictly on sharing basis) will be provided
for foreign main draw players only throughout the tournament. Maximum
of one (1) official coach per nation nominated by the national
association shall also enjoy the hospitality (only those with proper
endorsement & documentation strictly by fax from the respective
national associations will be entertained; confirmation by e mails are
not accepted & officials must furnish original copy of endorsement
from their national tennis association for organiser’s verification).
Hospitality for main draw players and official coach shall begin after
lunch a day before main draw matches & check out at noon on 17th July
2011.

Eligibility : Players must be 14 years and under born, between 1st
January 1997 – 31st December 2000.
Passport : A copy of your passport/birth certificate must be submitted
before 6th July 2011 for those in Qualifying & before 4th July 2011
for those in the Main Draw to the Tournament Secretary or Tournament
Director.
Transportation : Transport will be arranged for players from official
hotel to playing venues (to be advised).
Photograph : All officials and players are kindly requested to send in
one copy of passport size photograph for Identity Pass in order to
enjoy meal hospitality. All teams have to be present for compulsory
group photograph at 8.00 am on 13th July 2011. Players are requested
to bring along their national flag of their respective countries.
Airport pick up : Own arrangement..
Rules : The tournament will be conducted in accordance with ATF 14/U
Series Rules & Regulations, the ITF Junior world ranking code of
Conduct, the Rules of the ITF and the Rules of Tennis adopted by the
ITF.
Conduct Code: The ITF Junior Circuit Code of Conduct & the Medical
Condition will be enforced.
(In entering the tournament, the player automatically grants Sarawak
Lawn Tennis Association the right in perpetuity to make use and show
pictures of him/her motion of skill taken during the competition
without compensation. Each player also grants and assigns to the ATF
and Tennis Australia the right in perpetuity to make, use & show from
time to time and at its discretion, motion pictures, still pictures
and live, taped or filmed television and other reproduction of
him/her, his/hers heirs, devisees, executors, administrators or
assigns. Such promotional activities by the ATF shall not be
identified as or represented to be an endorsement by the player of any
product or company)
Withdrawal : Withdrawal without incurring any penalty must be made in
writing seven (7) days (6th July 2011) before the start of the
tournament’s main draw.
Visa letters : All invitation letters required for processing visas
from each respective country must be requested at 2 weeks before start
of Qualifying. A valid fax number must be furnished.
Inclement : In the case of inclement weather, matches may have to be
rescheduled.

Waiver of claims: All players entering any Asian 14/U Series
tournaments agree, as condition of their entry, that for themselves,
their executors, administrators, heirs and personal representatives,
all claims of any kind, nature and description are waived, including
past, present or future against ATF, SLTA (tournament organiser) and
LTAM (national association) sanctioning such events
