Go to the FCYBL website at

official FCYBL website at www.fcybl.org should go directly to the
LeagueAthletics FCYBL website.
Logging In
From the FCYBL website, click on Admin in the upper right hand corner
of the page. After you click on Admin, you will see the log-in box,
titled, Restricted Area, as follows:

Your Full Name. Top of Form
Enter your first name, a space, your last name. For example,
enter: Bob Smith, or Sharon Jones. The name is really irrelevant in
this particular system; what is important is your password. However,
you must enter first name, space, last name. It is not case sensitive.

Password. Enter your assigned password and then click on Submit. The
password is case sensitive.
After you enter your log-in information and successfully log in, you
will see the following screen:

Using Administrative Features – Only Rights Granted to Coaches Are to
Enter Scores
Coaches (and/or assigned team managers) will only have access to use
the Administrative features shown in black on the page. Basically, all
coaches will have rights to do is enter team scores.
Note: the Team Bulletins rights are listed as available. However, as a
policy matter to enable the FCYBL to focus on getting the scoring
system up and running, other rights are not being provided re: team
webpages.
This means that other than entering a team bulletin for your team’s
page, no other team website rights will be granted at this time – no
rosters, no statistics, etc. PLEASE DO NOT send any e-mails or other
correspondence requesting any additional team webpage rights.
Entering Game Scores
To enter game scores, click on the item under Teams, labeled Enter
Game Results.
After clicking on Enter Game Results, you will be taken to a screen
that shows your team’s games that:

have been played (future games not shown here) and
*
for which a score has not yet been posted.
This means that future games are not shown and if the other team has
already entered the score, the game will not be shown.
The following screen shot shows what you will see when you click on
Game Results and you have an unscored game for which a score needs to
be entered:

Entering the actual game score. Enter each team’s score in the box
following the team’s name. Click Submit to submit the game score.
Correcting/Editing a Game Score
To correct a game score, you go to your team’s Results page while
logged into the Admin system. To access your team’s Results, click on
the following:

Scores and Standings on Horizontal toolbar at the top of the page
2.
Results from the Vertical toolbar on the left
3.
Select your team’s division from the middle drop-down menu,
labeled League
4.
Select your team from the right drop-down menu, labeled Team
After you’ve done this, you’ll get a screen with a list of your games
that looks like the following:

Editing/changing the game score. Click on the table graphic to the
right of the score (it is circled in the graphic below for
demonstration purposes).
After clicking on the graphic, you’ll go to the following Edit – Game
Results screen:

You then enter the corrected/edited scores in the appropriate box and
click on Submit. Your game score will now be edited.
Comments section. Do NOT use the comment section as the comments show
for both teams’ websites and scoring page.
