THE COFFEE ACT
(No. 9 of 2001)
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Coffee Act,
2001, the Coffee Board makes the following Regulation –
COFFEE (REGISTRATION OF GROWER) REGULATION, 2003
For the purposes of section 21 of the Coffee Act, 2001, the prescribed
particulars to be supplied for registration are –
(a) in the case of a small holder grower, the particulars necessary to
fill Form 1 in the Schedule;
(b) in the case of a plantation grower, the particulars necessary to
fill Form 2 in the Schedule.
