HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PAPER FOR PRINTING
IN WS on EA&V MATERIALS - INSTRUCTIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
This text is a sample of how your papers should be formatted before we
print them. The Publisher’s intention is to keep a suitable format of
all papers issued by The School and therefore he is asking the Authors
to follow the below-listed instructions. Please, do not insert
Abstract at the beginning of your paper. The Publisher reserves the
right to make editorial corrections, when necessary.
2. Allowed software
Papers for printing should be written in either Polish or English. The
text should be written using Word for Windows software (file extension
*.doc or *.docx), font Times New Roman, height 12, interline 1,5.
Also, we kindly ask you send us the *.pdf (Adobe software) versions of
your papers.

Title
The Title should be positioned in the center, font size 14, bold.

Section
Indentation in the first section line should be 1 cm. Page size should
be A4, with margins of 2,5 cm (all edges).
3. Drawings, photos, reference list
Drawings, photos and graphs should be pasted inside the text. Letters
and numbers on the drawings should be large enough to be readable
after downsizing by 50%. As a general rule, we print only
black-and-white drawings and graphs - colored ones only in
well-grounded cases. Drawing’s captions should be positioned under the
drawing, table’s title should be positioned on the top of the table –
centered, font size 11, single interline. Abbreviations of journals’
names should be given following the Physics Abstracts.
4. Reference list
1. Malinowski A., Journal volume, first page (publication date).
2. Nowicki G., Book’s title, publishing house, place and year of
publication, pages.
