RULES FOR COOKING GRILLS USAGE AND STORAGE
Grills
Grill cooking is allowed at Greenwood. But, because of Greenwood’s
garden style structures, all grill cooking must be used in the common
area by the pool.
At Greenwood, gas, charcoal, electric grills or hibachis cannot be
used or stored on the patios or on balconies.
Grills must be tagged with owner’s name and unit number.
After each use, all grills must be stored on the grassy area
surrounding the pool. NOTE: an insurance risk assessment dictated that
grills can no longer be stored in the carports.
Those using charcoal as a cooking fuel must dispose of the used
briquettes in the red galvanized pails provided.
All grills must be in good condition, free of rust, and pose no safety
hazard. Exceptions will be removed at owner’s expense.
