Instructions: Below you will find a list of sixteen (16) results of
Thomas Jefferson’s decision to purchase Louisiana Territory from the
French. Try to organize these results into the four categories below:
geographical, political, economic, and social. Write the appropriate
numbers in each box. (You may use a number more than once if you think
it fits into two categories.)

The decision to purchase Louisiana doubled the land of the United
States.

Thomas Jefferson decided to buy land for the United States. This
was NOT in the Constitution. This began a tradition of the loose
